I first met Kevin when I was actually driving through the mobile home park that my sister was just closing escrow on a home last fall.  He was working on a mobilehome at the time, and his work looked amazing.  We chatted and we made an appointment right then for him to see my sister's home which needed a lot of work.  He gave my sister and I realistic timelines of completion, cost sheets and plenty of his time and helpful ideas too.  He not only hit the marks and finished an outstanding job, but made her very first house a real home that she is immensely proud of today.  He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and gets it done right; so, if you want it done correctly, on time and budget, and beautifully too, he is your only choice!  I have worked with many contractors over the years as a Realtor, but Kevin is the best!

I have used Whitehurst 2 times this year and was so appreciative for his expertise and honesty.  Kevin came out and gave me a bid AFTER I had 2 bids from the big companies with very catchy coupons only to be upsold to things I did not need.  When Whitehurst got here for my bid he was straight up with me, told me exactly what I needed and gave a great price.  All the other stuff my other bids told me I needed was not true.  They were very convincing about having to replace everything when I didn't need everything they said. He does superb work and is on time.  He doesn't screw around and when he is done, you will know it was done right.  He even declined other work I was interested in because he said I could do it myself and showed me how to do it and what to buy!!  Who does that these days?  Kevin at Whitehurst does and I will use him every time!  I also hooked him up with my contractor friend who renovates mobile homes because he was so impressed with his work on my home. Now he is using him as well and this guy has used several different companies that do the same.  Trustworthy and honest.

I was very happy to find Kevin Whitehurst to do repair work on my mobile home in San Marcos.  Kevin and I decided on a time to meet and he was right on time.  Coming from a background with experience in construction, I knew very quickly that Kevin really knew his business.  He listened to what I wanted to have done to my home and suggested several alternatives so that I would have choices.  He even pointed out a problem with a skylight that I had missed on my inspection.  He was never pushy, or rude.  He gave me a fair estimate and completed the work on time and within budget.  During the project, he would give me timely updates with photos as I was out of town at this time.  When I was able to see the work in person, I found it to be of high quality and I was very pleased.  I can honestly recommend him.  He made my home so safe and beautiful.  I know I will call him without hesitation whenever I need future work done on my home.

I've had Kevin and his team put a new roof on my mobile as well as performing a "leveling". He promptly responded to my request for a bid and was able to perform both jobs with outstanding service. When they were done there was no cleanup for me to do, and I'm VERY picky. Next I'm having them install a moisture barrier! I would give WHITEHURST an absolutely great recommendation.
